After years of playing in bands and managing an indie record label, the two decided on settling in rural Ontario and combining their unique skill sets to form Pyramid Ferments.
Pyramid Ferments practices the traditional art of fermentation to create a unique and delicious product line of raw, vegan and handcrafted Sauerkrauts, Kimchis and Kombucha. Using traditional and conjured recipes from all over the world they ferment with their own naturally grown produce, as well as other quality, locally grown and wildcrafted ingredients to create superior and satisfying fermented foods. The combination of farming and fermentation make for very unique flavour combinations that incorporate the abundance of the farm, wildcrafting and our special "Sprout to Kraut" line of small batch, seasonally inspired recipes. You can find their wares at Toronto Farmers' Markets and in retail stores throughout the GTA.
